Diego Mejía Dental Group ("we", "us"), with consulting rooms at Calle 126 #7-26, Consultorio 907, Santa Bárbara, Bogotá, Colombia, is the party responsible for the processing of the personal data collected through this website, WhatsApp and our social media channels, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and other applicable regulations on Habeas Data.

1. What data we collect

When you write to us on WhatsApp, fill out a contact form or interact with our ads, we may collect: your name, phone number, city, the treatment you are interested in, and the content of your messages. We do not ask for sensitive medical information through this website; clinical history is only recorded once you become a patient at our office, under separate consent.

2. Purpose of the processing

We use your data to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule appointments.
  • Provide information about treatments you have asked about.
  • Send relevant commercial communications, if you have not opted out.
  • Measure and optimize our advertising on Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google, including retargeting, through tools such as Google Tag Manager and the Meta Conversions API.
